This is a temporary to permanent hire Service Contract Act position with an hourly pay rate of $23.00 that includes a Health and Welfare Benefit of $4.22 an hour.

Upon completion of six (6) months of employment, the selected candidate can expect an annual salary as a permanent full-time employee with the federal contractor.
Period of Performance:
June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022 with potential for annual extensions

Document Management Analyst II
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree. Certain assignments may require experience or substantial undergraduate coursework in, for example, finance/accounting, health care, or substantial experience in the legal environment or in information technology.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment. Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities
- Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Oracle, Relativity or other document review platform, Trial Director, etc.
- Knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Electronically Stored Information (ESI) tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources preferred.
Document Management Analyst II
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Performs form-based processing tasks; ensures accuracy using standard quality control procedures
- Handles various administrative tasks including reviewing financial documents, e-filing, and responding to inquiries
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheets, and imaging systems
