This is a temporary to permanent hire Service Contract Act position with an hourly pay rate of $23.75 that includes a Health and Welfare Benefit of $4.22 an hour.

Service  Contract Act, or SCA, position pay rates are determined by the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division.

Upon completion of six (6) months of employment, the selected candidate can expect an annual salary as a permanent full-time employee with the federal contractor.

Period of Performance: 

Date of hire through May 31, 2023 with expected annual renewal through November 2024.

Position considered fully remote, with telework to be performed
in accordance with the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division policies and rules of behavior, including any applicable pandemicrelated telework policies.

For most staff, the vast majority of the document review work will be performed in ATR’s instance of Relativity v10.3; a reliable, highspeed internet connection is an essential requirement to telework.

Selected candidates may be asked to work onsite on an occasional
basis, most likely on one of the core days set by the Antitrust Division sections.

  • Three (3) years of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree
Certain assignments may require experience or substantial undergraduate coursework in, for example, finance/accounting, health care, or substantial experience in the legal environment or in information technology
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
  • Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.
  • Requires handson familiarity with the government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PCbased databases and other applications, internet and serverbased databases and other applications, such as Oracle, Relativity or other document review platform, Trial Director, etc.
  • Should be a knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems
  • Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Electronically Stored Information, ESI, tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources preferred
  • Currently have a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance, preferred

Document Management Analyst II
Document Review/ Litigation Support Services, Antitrust Division

This position is fully remote, but with a requirement to come into the office as needed (subject to change).
  • Performs and assists with tasks assigned to Document Management Analyst I.
  • Coordinates with the Division’s Executive Office to effectively and efficiently administer offsite trials, including but not limited to assistance with travel, supplies, and transportation
  • Assists case teams with writing remote trial support memos and provides recommendations based on experience
  • Prepares memoranda relating to remote litigation using standard forms and templates, including supply lists, equipment, and furniture requests. Maintains summary spreadsheet as a knowledge base for future trials
  • Assists paralegals with quality control and preparation of digital trial exhibits
  • Assists management with coordination of mock trials and scheduling of mock trial travel and facilities
  • Provides administrative assistance to Litigation Program management in support of various projects and initiatives
