The federal contract project manager advises there are four (4) positions to fill.

Candidate resumes reviewed in order of preference:

This position is exempt for the Service Contract Act wage determination. 

The pay rate is up to $45.00 an hour, based on candidate meeting qualifications, to include preferred, and experience listed in responsibilities and duties.

Service  Contract Act, or SCA, position pay rates are determined by the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division.

Upon completion of six (6) months of employment, the selected candidate can expect an annual salary up to $96,000 as a permanent full-time employee with the federal contractor.

Period of Performance: 

Date of hire through May 31, 2023 with expected annual renewal through November 2024.

Position considered fully remote, with telework to be performed
in accordance with the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division policies and rules of behavior, including any applicable pandemicrelated telework policies.

For most staff, the vast majority of the document review work will be performed in ATR’s instance of Relativity v10.3, so a reliable, highspeed internet connection is an essential requirement to telework.

Selected candidates may be asked to work onsite on an occasional
basis, most likely on one of the core days set by the Antitrust Division sections.
The core days are currently set at every Tuesday and Thursday, but the
policy and the days are subject to adjustment upon periodic review.

Occasional onsite meetings may be held involving any or all positions

Project Manager
Document Review/ Litigation Support, Antitrust Division

  • Minimum four (4) years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major litigation support projects, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys
  • Undergraduate degree required; substantial significant experience may in some cases be substituted for degree requirement at the discretion of the project manager
  • Experience in electronic document review – particularly experience working in Relativity database or equivalent e-Discovery relational database
  • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and timecritical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing and e-Discovery support activities
  • Requires expert knowledge of litigation support; outstanding writing skills; excellent oral communication skills; and excellent management skills
  • Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing those needs
  • Requires knowledge of the government's data processing environment in which the work is to be performed, including office automation networks, PCbased databases and other applications, and internet and serverbased databases and other applications, such as but not limited to Oracle, Relativity or other document review platform, and Trial Director
  • Familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of e-Discovery procedures and resources required
  • Should be an expert user of the government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware and document review platforms
  • Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Law degree, advanced technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferred
  • Familiarity with federal investigations and trials is highly desirable
  • Currently have a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance, preferred

Project Manager
Document Review/ Litigation Support, Antitrust Division
New York Location

This position is fully remote, but with a requirement to come into the office as needed (subject to change).
Candidates required to have ability to work on-site/ in office with prior notification.
  • Serves as the government’s primary point of contact, and provides direct supervision of the contractor staff, as well as required reporting/administration
  • Consults, meets, and coordinates regularly with Division management and attorneys regarding individual case assignments and the execution of Division initiatives
  • Interfaces with the Division’s Litigation Support Section to coordinate on the technical/data processing aspects of matters
  • Performs an active quality assurance role to ensure highquality work is delivered on time
  • Tracks performance metrics on quantity and quality of the review performed by the Law Clerks, Supervisory Paralegals, and Senior Paralegals, and reports to the government as to the status of review progress
  • Provides additional training and counseling to staff as necessary to meet the required performance metrics
