Hourly wage for position is up to $43.00 based on experience and qualifications.  Selected candidate to expect annual salary up to $95,000 after six (6) months employment as a federal contract employee.

This position is exempt from the Service Contract Act wage determination.

Service  Contract Act, or SCA, position pay rates are determined by the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division.

Upon completion of six (6) months of employment, the selected candidate can expect an annual salary as a permanent full-time employee with the federal contractor.

Period of Performance: 

This is an on-site/ in office position;  remote work/ tele-work only authorized with prior approval from federal agency personnel

Tentative start date September 1st, 2022 through February 28th, 2023, with potential for 6-month extension until May 2023, then annual extension until May 2024

Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., with the exception of federal holidays unless otherwise stated.

Senior Data Specialist

• At least five (5) years of experience performing e-Discovery roles including but not limited to electronic files processing (EFP), image and data file conversion, data culling using review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and data analysis.

• Undergraduate degree preferred-preferably in computer science or related field.
  • Requires knowledge of litigation discovery process, and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow
  • Working knowledge of personal computers, including Windows, document review software, and encryption methods.
  • Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity or other document processing platforms Familiarity with Relativity, MS Office Suite, and West LiveNote valued

Must be U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust federal security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of government I.T. environment, including office automation networks, PC and server-based applications preferred
* Prior federal government experience is valued
* MS Sharepoint and web design experience a plus
* Active security clearance, preferred

Senior Data Specialist

The technical candidate should be comfortable with making visually appealing and data-accurate updates to a public-facing website
  • Quick learner who is willing to learn new data management systems to provide high-level support, as well as day-to-day management
  • Strong skills in commonly used software, such as Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel, payroll systems, financial management systems, etc.

• Create, modify, and run daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Provide technical support to new and current users of the IQ system
• Assist in testing IQ functionality following upgrades or fixes
• Make updates to website based on specific data points at regular intervals.
• Assist in migrating shared materials to a new PARDON MS Sharepoint website
