Pay Rate Information

This is a temporary to permanent hire Service Contract Act position with an hourly pay rate of $ 43.25 that includes a Health and Welfare Benefit of $4.57 an hour.

Service  Contract Act, or SCA, position pay rates are determined by the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division.

Upon completion of six (6) months of employment, the selected candidate can expect an annual salary as a permanent full-time employee with the federal contractor.


Period of Performance:

Current contract period: Date of Hire through May 31, 2024
-  with the potential for annual extensions through May 31, 2027
preference for placement/transfer as federal contract employee after six (6) months employment with C&C International

Work Hours of Operation:  , Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week, two (2) 15-minute breaks and 30-minute lunch, except for federal holidays, unless otherwise stated

Overtime and travel may be required as needed with proper authorization.

Data Specialist II
Qualifications: 
 
  • *Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • *At least two (2) years of experience performing e-Discovery roles including but not limited to Electronic Files Processing (EFP), image and data file conversion, data culling using review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and data analysis
 
  • *Requires knowledge of litigation discovery process, and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow
  • *Working knowledge of personal computers, including Windows, document review software, and encryption methods
 
  • *Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity or other document processing platform
  • *Strong skills in commonly used software, such as Microsoft Suite with emphasis on MS Excel, payroll systems, financial management systems, etc.
  • *Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important
 
  • *Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • *Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

-  Experience with government litigation support environment as well as basic qualifications listed above

Data Specialist II
Responsibilities/Duties:

The Data Specialist should be comfortable with making visually appealing and data-accurate updates to a public-facing website, a quick learner who is willing to learn new data management systems in order to provide high-level support, as well as day-to-day management.

Typical assignments include the following but not limited to:

• Create, modify and run daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
• Provide technical support to new and current users of the Intranet Quorum (IQ) system
• Assist in testing IQ functionality following upgrades or fixes
• Make updates to website based on specific data points at regular intervals
• Assist in migrating shared materials to a new Office of Pardon Attorney’s (PARDON) MS SharePoint site
