The following is for information purposes.
 
You resume was reviewed by the federal contract project manager and are selected for further consideration to complete a Public Trust Suitability Determination background pre-screen for the position due to the nature of information for the position. 
 
This is not an investigation for security clearance.
 
Please reply to this email to acknowledge the information provided below.
 
A favorable recommendation for a Public Trust Suitability is required for further consideration, to present qualifications to federal personnel. 
 
  1. Personnel Evaluation Form/ Questionnaire, PEF
(comparable to Standard Form-85P issued by Office of Personnel Management for Public Trust positions)
  1. Credit History Report without FICO Score
 
A favorable Public Trust Suitability Determination investigation is required for the position and requested on a conditional offer of employment.

  • An email with a Personnel Evaluation Form questionnaire will request your consent for an initial background investigation.
  • The pre-screen will include a credit report check to determine eligibility for the favorable Public Trust determination.
  • It is advisable to check your credit report, prior to the pre-screen being initiated, to alleviate any discrepancies that could hinder your eligibility for the Public Trust clearance. 
  • Please complete the requested information as soon as possible to assist the security manager in a recommendation for Public Trust Suitability.
