C&C International Computers and Consultants, Inc. is in need of a Help Desk Specialist 
Level I or Level II.  This position requires someone with the ability to provide phone and in-person support to users in areas which include e-mail, LAN/WAN, directories, standard desktop images and applications, COTS and GOTS applications.  Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including hardware/software, passwords, and printer problems.

Qualification & Experience

Level I
High School Diploma/ GED Certificate
1-4 years

Level II
Associates Degree or Higher
5-15 years

Candidates must possess either an active Secret clearance or interim Secret clearance.
