Consults and advised case teams on best practices for the preparation of documents, matters relating to electronic discovery, and how to best use litigation support technologies to support their projects.
Analyzes, recommends, designs, and documents existing and new workflows.
Diagnoses and solves Relativity related issues.
Works with technical teams to implement, upgrade, and integrate Relativity into other non-legal related systems.
Trains technical and non-technical personnel on Relativity.
Provides hands-on Relativity support services.
Experience using Relativity to design and modify workspaces, create complex search queries, resolve technical issues, and create outgoing production sets is required.
Deep knowledge of Relativity Analytics including concept clustering, categorization, near-dupe, and email threading is required.
8+ years of experience in a technical, legal, or litigation support environment is required.
Ability to work with a variety of personnel with varying degrees of technical skills is required.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously is required.
Ability to train and coach others on best practices for using Relativity is required.
Knowledge of general database, network, and system concepts required.
US Citizenship and an ability to pass a federal security background check will be required.
