Law Clerk I shall provide support and assistance for Federal Government case attorneys which includes significant document review effort.  A Law Clerk review team of up to 20 individuals will be performing responsiveness and privilege review using Relativity. The Law Clerk team shall utilize Relativity to review documents for responsiveness, make privilege assertions, issue code, and perform other categorization as requested by the client. The Law Clerk team shall assist in the production of documents, including performing redactions, creating privilege logs, and assist with assembling final production sets at the request of the client.

Qualifications:   Complete understanding of legal process and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. May refer to established precedents and policies.

*Must be a U.S. Citizen.
*Law degree
*Ability to obtain a Federal Government security clearance.
*Prior use of legal research tools such as Relativity.
*Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, etc.

Desired skills
*Two years of litigation support experience; one year of experience in automated litigation.
*Experience working in a government legal environment.
*Ability to consistently deliver highest quality of work under extreme pressure will be very important.
*Highly detail oriented individual.
*Active security clearance, preferred.
*Experience working in Relativity databases.
