Seeking an eDiscovery Analyst with a passion for all phases of litigation support and a desire to contribute and participate in challenging projects for the U.S. Government. As an analyst, you will work with multidisciplinary teams across divisions to plan and deliver projects on time and within budget. This position requires a strong lit support technology background, solid understanding of eDiscovery methodologies, excellent communication skills, and hands on experience in using LAW eDiscovery for processing data and Relativity.
 Successful candidates must be action-oriented, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to executive, business, technical, and client audiences. In addition, the ideal candidate needs to be able to establish an effective project management approach that will deliver on the goals and objectives of all assigned projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing and Loading data of various types (pst files, eDocs, scanned paper files) using LAW and/or Relativity
  • Will provide on-site support to end users – this could be answering questions or providing desk side support in using Relativity, converting files to PDF using Adobe
  • Sets up facilities and procedures to ensure responsive client support.
  • Organizes, prepares, schedules and conducts training sessions for clients and colleagues.  Audience may include attorneys, paralegals, Government Case Managers, client agency staff, and/or other Contractor employees. 
  • Follows team procedures, assists in recommending improvements and efficiencies, and documentation of workflows, steps and QC processes

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience In litigation support
  • At least 2 years of hands on experience in Relativity – loading, indexing and running searches
  • At least 2 years providing client support for litigation support tools
  • At least 2 years of experience processing data for litigation support needs
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
Required Education:

  BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
