  • Retrieving materials from agencies and other sources, photocopying; bates stamping documents; assembling trial notebooks (including retrieving copies of documents, tabbing binders, numbering, binding, and labeling); and filing.
  • Organizing, inventorying, and scanning case related documents.
  • Preparing files and records for disposition or transfer to records depository.
  • Establishing and maintaining a variety of files. The contractor will search legal reference files for information needed by AUSA's in conducting.
  • Interviews and preparing correspondence; assemble exhibits, affidavits, and other legal documents from file material; and receiving, processing and distributing mail.
  • Scheduling appointments, interviews, and conferences, and providing reminder of commitments and. court appearances on AUSAs' calendars.
  • Performs other administrative and clerical duties.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a Government and/or Litigation Support
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to perform detailed work consistently, accurately, and under pressure extremely important. 
  • Must be able to understand task, task objectives, and the context of the task in the litigation support effort as a whole.
  • Must be knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, database, spreadsheet, imaging, and telecommunications systems.
  • Must have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including but not limited to word processing, databases, spreadsheet, imaging and telecommunication systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Access or other databases), Word Perfect and Adobe Acrobat Professional or similar applications.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines and work as a team player in a professional office.
  • Skilled in meeting and dealing with people in a courteous and tactful manner.
