Duties & Responsibilities:
 
C&C International is looking for a Project Supervisor to work in our offices at Washington, DC under the direction of the Lead Project Manager.
 
The Project Supervisor works under the direction of the Project Manager.  For very large cases, may be directly responsible for all work in a major task area.  For example, on a case involving document discovery of millions of pages, a Project Supervisor may be responsible for all document discovery/document collection activities for the case. For a case involving an out of town trial, a Project Supervisor may be the individual in charge of the out of town trial support center. Alternatively, may assist several Project Managers on a multitude of smaller cases simultaneously. For example, the Project Supervisor may be responsible for coordinating delivery of document coding in one case, while simultaneously overseeing production of witness binders in another
 
The Employee will perform the following duties but not limited to:
 
*May provide direct or indirect supervision of a variety of Contractor staff, including clerical staff and first line supervisors. 
*May require frequent contact with Government COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, etc., as well as with other Contractor components, in addition to internal Leidos colleagues .
*Interact effectively with other supervisors as well as managers, attorneys, examiners, investigators, accountants, paralegals and other staff members across the country.
*Coordinate, track and QC data deliveries for loading into Relativity.
*QC data loaded into Relativity and coordinate return of original medial to client.
*Assist with other Relativity database management such as user access,
*Coordinate document reviewers on large scale review projects.
*Coordinate and oversee staff completion of activity reports, self-evaluations, training and other routine business and reporting requirements.
*Assist with and coordinate hiring functions including opening requisitions, reviewing candidates, onboarding and other tasks
*Perform other related tasks, as needed.
 
Qualifications:
*Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
*Undergraduate degree; Substantial significant experience may in some cases may be substituted for degree requirement.
*At least THREE (3) years of progressively more responsible experience on major litigation support projects.
*At least ONE (1) year of supervisory experience, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.
*Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing support activities. 
*Requires in-depth knowledge of litigation support.
*Must have at least ONE (1) year of Relativity experience.
*Requires hands-on familiarity with a variety of data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and automated litigation support applications, such as Relativity, Recommind, Concordance, Summation, Trial Director, etc. 
*Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing needs. 
*Some walking, standing, bending and carrying of small office items.
*Ability to obtain a security clearance.
*Must be a U.S. Citizen.
*Paralegal certificate or law degree, preferred.
*Litigation support project management experience, preferred.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint), strongly preferred.
*Active Security Clearance, helpful.
