he Employee will perform the following tasks, but not limited to:
Performs litigation support tasks, including, for example, detailed review and analysis of case materials in a broad range of subject matters, such as financial records, health care materials, and other litigation files;
Detailed indexing of case files;
Drafting procedures for accomplishing litigation support assignments;
Document acquisition related tasks;
Screening for privilege documents;
Conducting database searches and performing e-discovery culling;
Assists in preparation of subpoenas, requests necessary services for trial and/or grand jury matters;
Data entry may be required, along with legal research;
Proofreads and edits deliverable products;
Often works with minimal supervision.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Two (2) years of experience reviewing and analyzing data and information from multiple sources. Certain assignments may require experience or substantial undergraduate coursework in, for example, finance/accounting, health care, or substantial experience in the legal environment or in information technology.
One year of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Access or other data bases), Word Perfect and Adobe Acrobat Professional or similar applications.
Ability to perform legal research in Lexis/Nexis and/or WestLaw.
Ability to consistently deliver highest quality of work under extreme pressure will be very important.
Works and interacts professionally and effectively with all levels of staff.
Ability to meet established deadlines and work as a team player in a professional office. 
Skilled in meeting and dealing with people in a courteous and tactful manner.
Demonstrated ability to review a wide variety of documents, both legal and non-legal documents.
Attention to detail.

Some walking, standing, bending and carrying of small office items

Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Experience working in a Government and/or Litigation Support environment in conjunction with basic qualifications and/or equivalent level of training.

Automated litigation support experience (i.e. Concordance, Summation, Relativity), strongly preferred.

Experience with organization and management of a large volume of documents. Current or active clearance.
